Where do you ship from?
Currently, all orders ship directly from our fulfillment department in Toronto. We are expanding fulfilment into Nevada, U.S.A in 2026.
SHIPPING DELAY
Due to annual inventory review, our fulfillment center will be closed from 12/31 to 1/5. All orders placed after 12/30 will be processed on 1/6/26.
Do you offer free shipping?
Kinghamskincare.com offers free standard shipping on all U.S. orders (excluding taxes). Orders over $75 always ship for freeβno promotion code needed. We cannot guarantee a date of arrival with our free ship option. Orders typically take 1-7 business days to arrive not including weekends, once they have been processed and shipped out.
International orders will expand into U.K. in spring, 2026.
Where is my order?
You will receive an email from us as soon as your order has shipped with your tracking number.Β
Can you ship to my P.O. box?
Unfortunately, this option is unavailable.
Can you ship to my country?
If we do not currently ship to your country at this time we apologize and hope to serve you soon in the future.Β
It shows that my package was delivered but I do not have it, what do I do?
You will need to contact UPS as they are our chosen carrier. When you call them please make sure you have the tracking number handy so they can look it up for you. They will be able to provide some more information about where it was delivered and can hopefully help you locate it. If UPS is unable to locate your package, please email us directly at hello@kinghamskincare.com.
